We love a challenge here at The Marketing Room and over the past few months we’ve been working on a project that for us is like no other.
By now you’re probably aware (from all our over sharing on our social media channels) that we’ve been working in partnership with Hednesford Town Council to help produce a draft neighbourhood plan for the town. The plan contains lots of suggestions for policies and proposals to guide the use and development of land in the area from now to 2028 – and that’s just the start!
We worked on all aspects of this project from designing the branding, webpage, draft plan, questionnaires and promotional literature through to producing a video, setting up social media and managing all the PR.
Not to blow our own trumpet. But Peter Harrison from Hednesford Town Council who we’ve worked on the project with since the beginning had this to say, “The town council has been pleased to use the services of the Marketing Room for publicity and promotions. At the moment they are working on a campaign to promote information about the draft Neighbourhood Plan for Hednesford which has involved liaising with media, designing and printing publications, organising exhibitions, producing a video and ensuring a high profile online and on social media. The whole team at the Marketing Room has pulled together to ensure the success of this project.”
So what is a neighbourhood plan?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone when asking that question! In fact, we even helped produce a video explaining what it is and why it’s so important.
